From September 14 to October 6, 2024, the Cirque Electrique in Paris will host a unique creation: “Reclaim” by the Belgian company Théâtre d'Un Jour. More than just a show, “Reclaim” is a collective experience that plunges spectators into an imaginary ritual inspired by the Ko'ch of Central Asia, where women shamans fight for a more egalitarian world.
At the heart of this extraordinary performance, an opera singer, two cellists and five circus performers in acrobatic stunts are surrounded by the audience, creating an unsettling proximity and an intense atmosphere. “Reclaim” is a return to the origins of the circus, combining wildness, strangeness and fear, in an act of resistance to reclaim what has been lost.
Performances run from Wednesday to Sunday at 8pm, with a break on Mondays and Tuesdays. Don't miss this immersion in a modern ritual, a secular prayer for a more just future. Reserve your tickets for this powerful new experience at Cirque Electrique.
